With proof of purchase, Decorum Gifts offer you a repair, exchange or refund if:
• Goods were incorrectly supplied
• Goods were damaged through no fault of your own• Goods do not reflect what was described or pictured on the website
Decorum Gifts will not issue a refund if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully.
Special orders cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
For all repairs, exchanges or refunds please contact us via email or phone. You will receive instructions on how you need to return the product, and be issued an Return Authority number that must be attached to the goods. Any items that are being returned are shipped at the owners risk and Decorum Gifts will not take responsibility for the damage caused by a third party.
